The first service took place in 1913 and has once again become a fashionable pastime for a new generation of social tea lovers.the experience is available every day between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.(vegeterian, vegan and gluten free available)Reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Please mention Kosher Afternoon Tea as a special request when doing your reservation. Please note that our certified Kosher Kitchen is open from Monday to Thursday.
Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 14-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles. In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood. On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea time menu is offered.Reservations open up at noon the first Wednesday of the month for the following month.
