Best Restaurants for Afternoon Coffee in Downtown

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Bottomless bubbles was a great value. Service was on point. Food was excellent. Frybread and lox was outstanding and the truffle grilled cheese was easily the best adult grilled cheese I've ever had. Will definitely return on next visit to San Diego.

The Rooftop was a good experience overall due to the ambience and food, and thankfully, it was not noisy. Our party of seven guests enjoyed the Mother's Day celebration with good food and good conversation. Surprisingly, it was not busy, but it also made us wonder why it took forever to get our food. The venue is normally a nighttime hangout with bottle service, which explains why that crowd wasn't around for brunch. The view is wonderful! We also happened to check out the small rooftop pool area, which could possibly be quite an attraction during the middle of summer. However, when visited, the pool had cloudy water, which looked unattractive!

Food excellent but had a long wait for service. Staff extremely friendly.
