Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history. The food and service were great. Our appetizers were out in less than 10 minutes and our salads out 5 minutes afterwards. The food was hot and delicious. We always enjoy the river view but the noise level makes it really hard to hold a conversation.

The number of guests in our remained fluid up to the time of the reservation, but Benihana was able to accommodate flawlessly. The service, food, and ambience was exactly what Benihana is famous for. We truly enjoyed our Birthday dinner!

I've been fortunate enough to eat at a great many of this country's best restaurants over the years, and this was by far among the top experiences I've had on every level. The food, the ambiance, the staff, everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend The Aperture enough to anyone who wants a meal they'll remember.
