He took us to the balcony to take our picture and made sure our time spent there was filled with great memories. The food was superb and the chefs did a great job accommodating our gluten intolerances. All of the other staff members were welcoming, helpful, considerate and pleasant. The only glimmer of downside is the reservations between Living Room and the tasting area seem to use the same system, so need to clearly specify to check-in desk which version is preferred.
