Took an old pal, visiting from Australia for lunch. As luck would have it, there were Spitfires operating from the air field approximately 50 metres from our table. What's not to like?😎 Food was good. Price seemed reasonable. Choice of drinks was huge. Service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was extremely busy on a beautiful sunny, Friday in June. I'd definitely recommend based on our experience.

We had an extremely enjoyable dining experience at the Hive sitting at one of the beach front tables. The weather was perfect, the food was extremely tasty and well presented and the waiting staff were attentive, courteous and friendly. A very nice meal at a reasonable price.

The place looked absolutely lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the live DJ added such a nice touch. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious – I was really impressed.

Great outdoor restaurant on the beach. Small play park to keep the children entertained. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend!
