Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes. Bistro at B63 is open for gourmet and themed dining on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (term time only).We offer a wide range of themed events throughout the year from Gin Tasting evenings to Murder Mystery Nights. The Bistro has a modern and cosy atmosphere and has been described as a 'hidden gem' by other diners.
