Do yourself a favour and visit Sip Champagne Bar in Ballarat. It’s a real gem - very welcoming, lots of champagnes and other bubbles to choose from, as well as a nice compact wine list augmented by plenty of interesting cocktails. And the food exudes quality and freshness, is beautifully presented, and represents great value. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back.

The food here is really good, the ambience is pleasant and the space was warm and welcoming on a chilly Ballarat day. Thank you for the efficient service. We'll be back
