La Merienda, ubicado en una granja orgánica en el valle del río Rio Grande, es un restaurante gastronómico que ofrece uno de los menús más genuinos de la granja a su mesa del suroeste estadounidense. La gastronomía de Rio Grande River Valley se basa en ingredientes orgánicos y de temporada, cultivados en la propia granja y en la relación a largo plazo que ha estrecho con los agricultores y ganaderos locales.
