Welcome to The Magpie. We pride ourselves as a beautiful riverside gastropub with an amazing dining room overlooking the Thames, serving fresh seasonal food with an impressive range of real ales, craft beers, an extensive gin list and a great wine list.We offer full table service in every part of our premises. We are a dog-friendly pub as long as they are with well-behaved hoomans but do not allow dogs in our dining area if you would like to bring a four-legged friend please let us know and we can seat you in our bar area. Luckily enough, we are lucky to have a car park just across the road if you are coming from afar. We are now an Over21 pub only, please bear this in mind.

'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. A great Sunday lunch with friends. The place is charming, welcoming, children friendly and for pets they have nibs and water available. Staff is welcoming, supportive, efficient. Food is good! And you have the view on the Thames, with a lovely walk for after meal!

We had a lovely evening but the steak was a bit vainy and tough. I was also with two people with hearing aids and the acoustics was not very good and they could not hear as it was too loud.
