The experience was great overall. We started with the soft pretzel which was a great texture - both buttery and light. The cheese and mustard sauces complemented each other for an every-other-dip experience! I don't normally order steak out unless I am at a steakhouse that serves prime cuts (Ruth Chris, Capital Grille) but we drifted from our comfort zone a little and ordered the skirt steak and the short rib - both were phenomenal, and extremely different. The Skirt steak was very lean and tender, expertly seasoned and grilled. The rice was cooked and season perfectly as well. The short rib was very rich and savory - it appeared to have been slow-cooked or braised. The gravy was delicious, although if the horseradish sauce was present, it was overpowered. But, both meals were terrific. The service was great, and we enjoyed the 9+1 beer sampler, which was an excellent value - about the cost of a pitcher, but we had 50oz of 10 different beers. Altogether a wonderful experience, we will come back if we are in town again!

Erica was the best server. We will definitely ask for her again. The quality of the food is based on order time. If you are one of the initial orders the rolls are perfect, tight, just wonderful. As the night went on the rolls became loose and a bit messy. Still good flavors.
