Haxnbauer StoryDer Inbegriff eines Traditions-Wirtshauses. Kufflers haben den Haxnbauer 1980 von Franz Bauer (daher der Name, übrigens) übernommen und aus einer reinen Haxenbraterei ein Altmünchner Lokal entwickelt. Die Kalbs- und Schweinshaxen sind eine weltweite Berühmtheit: Erst ruhen sie 24 Stunden in der geheimen Haxnbauer-Marinade, dann grillen sie zu einer außen knusprigen, innen zarten Köstlichkeit. Zu unserem Lieblingsstück gesellen sich Brotzeiten, Klassiker wie das Kuffler Wiener Schnitzel und Münchner Mehlspeisen. Sie werden sich also auch wohlfühlen, wenn die Schweinshaxe Sie gar nicht locken kann. Achtung: Seit 2025 finden Sie den original HAXNBAUER in neuer Bestlage, im wunderschön restaurierten Baudenkmal Tal 38 zwischen Isartor und Marienplatz.
