We really enjoyed our buffet breakfast at Balta in the Sofitel CDMX. Diana and Alan provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and bilingual, which made everything easy. The view from the upper floor was beautiful, and our OpenTable reservation was handled perfectly. Highly recommend!

It was amazing. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. We had a an espresso martini and I got a Carajillo to go along with our meal and it was divine. Will definitely come again.
