Welcome to The Magpie. We pride ourselves as a beautiful riverside gastropub with an amazing dining room overlooking the Thames, serving fresh seasonal food with an impressive range of real ales, craft beers, an extensive gin list and a great wine list.We offer full table service in every part of our premises. We are a dog-friendly pub as long as they are with well-behaved hoomans but do not allow dogs in our dining area if you would like to bring a four-legged friend please let us know and we can seat you in our bar area. Luckily enough, we are lucky to have a car park just across the road if you are coming from afar. We are now an Over21 pub only, please bear this in mind.

Your table will be booked for 2 hours. For group bookings of 6 to 10 guests for our Garden Afternoon Tea in Richmond, please note that we have a limited number of large tables available. As such, a deposit of £30 per person is required at the time of booking. If you would like to proceed with a booking for a large party, please give us a call on 0208 940 5230 Option 1.Join us for a true reflection of the traditional tastes of Spring 2025, now available on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.Served with loose-leaf teas at £60pp, and with Sparking Wine at £70. Our children's menu (up to age 11) is at £25 with a glass of lemonade. Our options for afternoon tea are: Regular, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and Children’s menus. Please let us know if you or your guest have any allergens that we should be aware of. Please advise in advance of any children's menus required when booking. PLEASE NOTE - we have paused the Restaurant menu for the summer, but continue to serve the Bar menu and the Sunday carvery.As part of the School Kitchen project, a share of all revenue supports local education initiatives, so every meal also gives back to the community.
