On arrival please ensure speedy ordering from your group so that we may give your table the service it deserves. A delay in ordering can cause a backlog in the kitchen as dishes are individually crafted. Our kitchen closes at 4.00pm sharp, last booking permitted is at 3.30pm.

Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Wonderful host and staff. Food was fresh, innovative and delicious. Great music and not too loud. The walls featured original art from local artists. Very generous and comfortable seating. One of my absolute favourite restaurants in Dublin. It also has a very cool Bar within the building.
