Baked Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, with Bechamel and Grated Cheese. It was very tasty. I then had a re-introduced dish, and one my favourites - Langosta Thermidor; this baked Lobster Au Gratin with Potatoes and Béchamel Sauce was delicious. And a couple pints of Mahou. . Happy days.
