The first thrill was the impact and wow factor that I felt as the huge deep plate of food was presented. Talk about artistic , stylish and mouth watering !!!! I think this salad was way beyond all expectations. It was the perfect Caesar salad I have ever experienced copious pieces of Chicken breast, nestling in the crispy green leaves where hidden croutons lay sleeping ready to add a crunch to every mouthful. Copious drizzles of gorgeous authentic dressing with generous slivers of Parmesan cheese. For vegans the chicken can be excluded at a lower price. The only thing missing was the dreaded Anchovies !!!!!!! Can’t say I missed them.
