Best Healthy Restaurants in Hamtramck

Seldon Standard is an experience for the senses - the ingredients are so uniquely and deliciously well paired! The presentation and delivery is well timed so that each dish can be enjoyed separately. So very good! It is a little dark, and with such beautiful food and to read the menu, the lighting could be better. My next visit I would like to sit at the bar, it’s warm, cozy from the fire ovens!

Beautiful atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were still up outside. It was so nice to eat dinner while looking at these beautiful decorations service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone in our party. Enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend.

The menu is really creative and the food was extremely good. They have a lot of people working there and they all seem to get along and get the job done. While sitting at the bar I witnessed a chef come out of the kitchen to tell another chef (who was plating food in front of me) what a good job he was doing. Also heard a conversation between servers about doing a chore. One server offering to do the chore because the other one didn't know how to do it. She asked if the experienced server could teach her and the veteran said "absolutely" and they went off together. It's an extremely pleasant place to have a meal.

The fried chicken sandwich is one of the best! My group and I loved that we could all get different sides to try to go along with the sandwich. The Mac and Sweet Potatoes were our favorite sides! Will definitely be back again.
