A spectacular evening at a mystical place. Mickey the Somm is brilliant and has forgotten more than most Somms have ever learned--and I am a Sommelier. Gary, one of the owners is a gem; Mila our server was engaging and attentive without being overbearing. The menu was attentive, thoughtful, well-prepared and delicious. Sourced locally, the seafood and shellfish are flawless. The sauces are nuanced and balanced; enhancing rather than overpowering the entree. The wine list is well chosen, broadly selected, and refined. Anyone can find anything he or she desires of course here but the list encourages engagement, conversation, and a willingness to expand from the usual. I have lived all over the world; Elizabeth's is one of the finest restaurants I've ever been in.

We come to Savannah a lot, and Ardsley Station is our favorite restaurant! Tonight was no exception, and Elaina took the best of care of us with perfect recommendations, service, and we left the best of friends! First, our appetizer was the always wonderful, deliciously spicy, perfectly prepared big ol’ mussels (that sauce; that grilled bread - mmmm!!)! Then I had the newly-named “Bolognese Like NO Other” (Y’all!!!); my husband had his favorite, most tender, juicy, crispy-skin chicken (better ‘n Momma’s!); and dessert: lick the plate clean salted caramel cake - oh my gosh!! Elaina, you did not steer us wrong!

My husband and I were looking for a nice restaurant with good food that wasn’t overpriced and touristy while visiting Savannah and opted for trying B. Matthew’s Eatery. Best decision ever! The description on Google “Classic and new American fare in an updated vintage space with wood floors and exposed brick walls” was perfectly accurate and very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and the waiter was very attentive. Most importantly, the food was presented beautifully and tasted absolutely wonderful! We shared a Caesar Salad, B. Matt’s Famous Biscuits, Cheese Tortelloni appetizer and the Salmon entree. The tortelloni was amazing with a burnt tomato butter sauce that was so delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and moist with an amazing sauce. We were too full to order dessert. I can’t think of anything about the entire experience that I would change. If we’re ever in Savannah again, we will definitely return to B. Matthew’s Eatery. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect Restaurant for my sister and I to spend our Thanksgiving at. The food selection was great and plentiful. Tommy, who was at the carving station, was delightful. We hope to come back next year if not sooner! Everyone worked very hard to make all the guests feel welcome and appreciated.
