Absolutely cracking meal As usual ordered two courses not had before Starter- Rabbit and black pudding scotch egg, summer peas Main - Homily pie, hospice cabbage, smoked cheddar sauce Both delicious and very tasty Well done to the chef and the girls serving so polite and informative when asked questions.

My family enjoyed a pleasant meal with excellent service. I would be happy to recommend the Grouse & Ale to friends and family for a meal or a drink.

The Yew Tree is a lovely country pub in a beautiful village in the Chilterns. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the food is superb. Definitely recommended
