Best Waterfront Restaurants in Sunset District

Waterbar never fails to provide me with an outstanding dining experience. Every aspect is always perfect!

The food was excellent! It was kind of pricey, though. We paid $420 for 2x tasting menus and a $60 bottle of wine.

Everything was great except for the fact that it took 25 minutes to get our first drink and we had to remind our server 3 times. Not sure what the bartender was doing but otherwise, our main server was great and the food was all delicious (and came our very quickly). And the drinks, when the finally came, were yummy too but we probably would have had another round if the drinks had come out faster than a snail.

Restaurant was great. Food wasn’t my taste but very creative and delicious. They did forget one order but that’s okay. They gave us a nice card for our anniversary

What's not to like about the best Shrimp Melt Sandwich in San Francisco, sitting on a dock on the bay and having great service? Pier 23 is a gem for visitors and we locals.
