Best Waterfront Restaurants in Carnelian Bay

We have recently discovered Sunnyside and are making it our "Home Away From Kitchen" place. We love the rustic, casual interior. Stephanie, who has been our server twice, is warm, accommodating and oh so competent. We will always ask for her. My WA state Cab was really nice and my husband enjoyed his beer. He had the Caesar, which came with the anchvies that he requested. Great dressing! I had the Buddha Bowl with salmon, which I may order every time for the rest of my lift. The vegetables are roasted so nicely, and the pickled vegetables have a great crunch and flavor. He had the Yak Bolognese. It was flavorful with big papparadelle and plenty of parmesan. He would have liked bigger chunks of meat, like a stew, but that is not a bolognese. We didn't have dessert but saw an enormous piece of delicious looking cake go by. Love this place!

Great restaurant. My wife was a little disappointed with her meal and the service wasn't its usual great service. We have been here many times and definitely will be back.

The staff was very welcoming! They told my husband and I have fun things to do with our dog in the area. We will definitely be back!
