With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. In the same path in Bloom Plant Base Kitchen we are proud of our Beverage Program which includes NON-Alcoholic and Alcoholic crafted cocktails, local beers and vegan wines which are a key element to our pairing in our Chef Tasting Menu. Therefore, our intention with Bloom is to focus on bringing flavorful, healthy, and affordable vegan food to families while also being desirable and appealing to everyone regardless of their diet.

Taxim, which is located in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood, features regionally-inspired Greek dishes paired with an all-Greek wine list. Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish.
