First time here to celebrate a birthday and graduation. Staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful, food was excellent, as were drinks and dessert. Exceptional!

We were thrilled to see that Good News was open on Monday night, our anniversary. We booked a booth in the bar area, our favorite place to sit, and our server was Victoria. Upon arriving, it was very quiet and relaxed. We ordered the charcuterie to share, delicious and the right amount, and then the beet salad to share, with mandarin oranges, pistachios, and a delicious dressing, so good. For dinner, I ordered the Good News halibut special with spinach and basmati rice that was accompanied with a soy pineapple sauce that was amazing, and my husband ordered the rigatoni bolognese, perfect for a rainy night and leftovers to enjoy again. They surprised us with desserts for our anniversary at the end of our meal, cheesecake (so good!!) and affogato (yum!!). It was the perfect evening and way to celebrate our anniversary. We found out at the end of the dinner that it was our server's first night there, she did a wonderful job! Thank you Good News team for making our anniversary extra special and for the lovely night!
