We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Big improvements in standards and service at 1907 since our visits some years back. The vegan dishes are inspired, the bbq meats are fair quality and it is all all very well. presented. Superb service throughout on both recent visits. Easy parking right outside the door.. Only real criticism are the prices which are rather on the high side.

On the drive into the grounds of the Fairmount we knew from the greeting of the concierge our afternoon tea in the Orchid Tea Room was outstanding. The ambiance, the food and the surroundings were amazing for a birthday special for my mum. The service and staff were were extremely attentive and friendly making the visit one to remember.
