Went for Sunday lunch. Lovely village pub with great decor. Lunch was beautiful, served with fresh vegetables and gravy was so tasty, asked for extra it was so good. Desserts great too - home made ice cream! We will try to go again whilst we are on holiday locally.

Warm, welcoming and attentive (but not overly or bothersome) service, lovely staff. Great atmosphere, lively but not too loud to have an intimate conversation. Delicious food, fair priced. Would highly recommend.

The food here is always lovely Good portions, good options, great quality, nice wine The service is always great . We sat outside as it was a beautiful warm evening and it was so relaxed I really love this place

First visit to Aurora after hearing good reports. Booked in the restaurant. Service at the table very good. Ordered Aurora Burger and the crab salad. Both were excellent. Early evening and it was quite busy and briefly we were next to a crying baby and had to contend with an annoying fly but can’t do much about that! When we went to pay, there was a hold up as there were some tech issues on the till but apologies were given. Prices were in line with other similar restaurants. Overall a good experience. Would recommend to others and very happy to return to try something else from the menu.
