Best Vegan Restaurants in Highams Park

We’ve eaten in Hard Rock cafes around the world and generally had a good experience. The Venice restaurant is in a fabulous location, directly overlooking the canal, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My signature burger was great, I’d highly recommend it, and the ice cream that followed it was really tasty. As it was my birthday celebration the staff embarrassed me by sticking a candle in it and singing‘happy birthday’ but I won’t hold it against them!

The overall experience was nice, wait staff was attentive, however, it was off putting to be told as I was being seated by the hostess, that due to high demand they would need me to vacate the table in 90mins. I was quite disappointed and would never accept a reservation under these conditions nor do I expect as much when I’ve planned in advance to make a reservation. As a result it felt as though my courses were rushed out to me which dampened my mood and I felt rushed which was disappointing.

Could do many things gluten free but nothing marked on the menu. I got the tuna, it was ok but not very flavorful. My husband got the ribs and liked them.

My wife and I have eaten at many fine dining restaurants all over the world. Agli Amici Dopolavoro was simply the best in every category; food, service, presentation, ambience, and the location is magical.

Creative food, attentive staff, great ambiance.
