We are closed from Monday 7th April 2025 to Monday 28th April 2025. We will reopen on Tuesday 29th April 2025 from 16:00. If you are looking to book a table of 5 guests or more during this time, please message us on Facebook/Instagram and we can get this booked in for you. Our restaurant is located at 'Astley Point' upstairs. We specialise in Chinese and Thai cuisine with our extensive menu including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.We have a great selection of drinks including cocktails, mocktails, beers, spirits and soft drinks.Please note when booking: Please count baby’s/children as guests or if you require space for a pram and put a note within the booking request section. For tables of 5 or more, we would charge a deposit of £10 per person and then this will be removed off the bill, if the entire party arrives. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a charge of £20 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Sokrates Greek Taverna on Winter Hey Lane in Horwich is a relaxed, friendly restaurant serving dishes from Greece, Cyprus and Eastern Mediterranean.
