I just finished my second visit there and the food was even better than the first time I went. The standout for me was the home-made semolina lasagna with applewood smoked tomato sauce and the house-made cashew cheese. (But be aware that the menu changes frequently.) You can sit at the counter and watch the cooks in the kitchen, or at a table. I got the best of both worlds because we chose a table where I could peek into the kitchen. My husband, experiencing Harvest Beat for the first time, commented that everything is carefully curated to make it a relaxing experience -- the healthful, delicious food; the art on the walls and the outstanding service. We love the ambiance. Do yourself a favor and try Harvest Beat.More infoHarvest BeatPrice: Very Expensive• Vegan• Wallingford•4.7
