Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Johnston

The food and service that we received last night at Tavern in The Square was fantastic.

The food and service is always exemplary as it was last night. Michael is a fantastic server and the food was out of this world as always. Can’t wait to come back.

Our group dines here periodically as their Italian food is above par. Usually our group of 8-10 is seated at a long table, which makes conversation difficult for everyone. This time we were given a large, round table and it made a world of difference for our enjoyment!! Our waiter was perfection too! Cordial, efficient and anticipated our needs! Great service. Food was excellent. Most of us enjoyed either the eggplant or chicken parmigiana. The salmon was deliciously prepared too! My one disappointment was the lack of their great Italian bread (with olive oil dipping). It appeared their daily delivery ever arrived. It was especially missed because it takes time to prepare those wonderful dishes, and our group always arrives hungry after our yoga class. But I realize this was not the restaurant’s fault. We all recommend Tavolo Warwick, and hope you go try one of those great dishes they prepare.
