Food was really good. Service was superb. Esvin was a fantastic waiter.

As usual, Chop Shop did not disappoint us! We had cocktails, a classic old fashioned and a tequila old fashioned. Both were very good with a fine balance of alcohol vs simple syrup. We shared a caesar salad as an appetizer that was ok. It needed more anchovy flavor from additional white anchovies and perhaps more zing to the dressing. As sides we shared the bone marrow mushrooms which were excellent as were the potatoes dauphinoise. Entrees were the 6 oz filet prepared to a perfect medium rare and a rare cowboy cut. Both were perfect. A creme brûlée and an espresso completed our meal. Service was attentive and friendly. All in all, another wonderful evening at Chop Shop!

Service and food were good. Would come back again if in the area.

It way too loud. We couldn't hear dross the table. The crowd by the window were load and it bounced off the window.
