Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen. Nous avons pris les menus à 55$. Tout était très bon mais nous avons été déçu par les quantités notamment pour le saumon ainsi que pour les desserts. Il n’y a que trois desserts avec cette formule dont un qui est trois boules de sorbet mais les boules étaient vraiment petites. Le cadre, l’ambiance étaient très agréables ainsi que le service même si nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir une petite attention au moment du dessert car nous avions spécifié que nous venions pour un anniversaire, juste une bougie sur le dessert aurait été apprécié.
