My father and husband dined on oysters, steak, fine wine, macaroni and cheese with lobster, asparagus and a baked potatoes with all the fixings. Meanwhile, the chef prepared a special vegan gluten free risotto for me, with enoki mushrooms, asparagus and a tomato Romano topping. I thought I had died and gone to Heaven it was so delicious. I drank a strawberry mocktail and was served a special chocolate strawberry layer cake for dessert — vegan and GF.
