Best Seasonal Restaurants in Washington

Mastro’s never disappoints. My favourite place to eat when we are in Washington DC. The attention to the service and food is outstanding. Love be seated in the bar section for the live entertainment. Can’t wait to go back.

Would like to give more stars to this Washington, D.C. institution. Let's start with the positives: Reservation was honored quickly. As promised, perhaps the best view in town. Solid service with attentive follow up. Uh, room for improvement? Drink prices on the high side. $19 for the "Swamp Cooler"? I get it, overhead has to be paid. Food - like the Calamari Shrimp appetizer was overcooked. Calamari should retain some juiciness, not reduced to a cardboard-like consistency. If you have people from out of town - impressive! I live in town and won't likely hurry back.

The food was excellent and the service was incredible.

We had great seafood, excellent service, and a wonderful birthday experience.

Food is great, atmosphere is great, service is pitiful. This isn’t new either.
