Beautiful quaint little pub out of the way, real country pub feel. Lovely decor, plenty of parking, out door eating. Great choice of dishes on the menu with a specials menu to choose from too. Food was delicious great flavours to complement each other. Staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much and they went above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable. Won’t hesitate to eat there again, lovely experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round

It was a stunning menu and the service was amazing. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed every bit of our dining.

The food was superb, absolutely faultless with layer upon layer of flavour and great choice of wine. What lets it down is the room, it feels like a room in a hotel not a fine dining restaurant. The lights are too bright, the carpet is a hotel carpet, the flowers are false and the other empty tables were not made up. What was really disappointing was the menu was printed on folded paper! Really? In a fine dining restaurant? Even the bar cocktail menu was in a beautiful hard back cover...this whole ambience needs some thought and design applied. The food is the main affair and worth paying for but there are many restaurants where you can and should get both at these prices.
