Varied menu with loads of choice so something for everyone. We had the chargrilled chicken and bloomin’ chicken with a side order of veggies and onion petals, all delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Everything is well priced. Will definitely return.

Sinclairs Restaurant received a hat in 2025 but I feel there is inconsistency in the experience there which shouldn’t happen with a hatted restaurant. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, has attractive tableware and a warm inviting ambiance. On each of several occasions when I have dined there the entrees and mains have been a delicious combination of local produce but some side dishes were meagre and ordinary and the desserts weren’t up to ‘hat’ standard. On a previous visit two in our group had apple crumble but it was too hard and crunchy to eat. This time we had pancakes for dessert and they were overcooked and hard. The service at Sinclairs is also variable. Some of the staff are well trained in serving etiquette while others are overfamiliar, addressing the females at our table as ‘honey,’ and can be difficult to hail as they stand in a group talking to work colleagues. There is potential for Sinclairs Restaurant to be an outstanding place to eat in Penrith but some aspects of its dining experience need improvement in order to deserve that accolade.

4 of us had lunch at Paddles. The staff were friendly and helpful. the food was delicious and very affordable. A very enjoyable experience.
