The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georgesの詳細については、ウェブサイト（http://www.theinnatpoundridge.com/）をご参照ください。シェフのジャン・ジョルジュが、ニューヨークの美しい町パウンドリッジにカジュアルでエレガントなレストランをオープンしました。ジャン・ジョルジュは、ハドソンバレーとニューイングランドの食材をできる限り使用した本物の季節のファーム・トゥ・テーブルの料理を提供しています。1833年に住居として建設され、のちに宿として利用された建物は、4つの暖炉など、可能な限りオリジナルの内装を残しつつ改装されています。トーマス・ユール・ハンセンは、亜鉛と大理石のアクセントストーンと再生した木材を用いて、モダンで素朴な感性でレストランの内装をデザインしました。エルヴェ・デコットの着想による技巧に富んだレストランの照明には、紙のシェードとエジソン器具が用いられ温かい雰囲気を作り出しています。
