The Strand Inn, Dunmore East is an wonderful restaurant specialising in fresh seafood and local produce with an enviable reputation both locally and nationally.The restaurants use local ingredients as the basis for their menus. We have always been a big supporter of local farmers and specialise in locally reared beef and the freshest of locally caught seafood as well as seasonal vegetables and fruit. The Strand Inn wine cellar is extensive with wines from all round the world selected and laid down by Clifden Foyle.Breakfast is served in the Dining Room for our hotel guests.Lunch is available in The Strand Inn Bar or Terrace, which offers a range of light lunches and an a la carte menu.

At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. His dishes are simply delicious - always full of flavour and finesse. Our dining room is casual and relaxed. We have a great selection of organic wines, local beers and soft drinks. Our menu is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly. Since we opened in 2014 we have won many local and national awards - including BEST CASUAL DINING, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST EMERGING IRISH CUISINE to name but a few.

Located in the heart of Waterford’s Viking Triangle (link to WVT web), the Reg consists of 5 bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald’s Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering. We are Great Place to Work Certified and also Won Best Late Night Bar in Ireland for 2022.
