Best Seasonal Restaurants in Untere Au

We had a great time at Haxengrill. It was a long day for us, but the dinner was great! It did feel like an operation more than an experiencing another country for the first time. The Beef Broth soup was awesome and so were the meatballs!

Recommended by friends who dined there 10 years ago and it was still fabulous. Sat outside, enjoyed the salad with mango, cherry tomatoes and avocado, it was excellent. The asparagus soup was also very tasty. The baked salmon in parchment paper was very moist and delicious, as was the fowl dish. Service was fabulous.

Had roasted platter to sample multiple items. Everything was good and the amount was not overwhelming . Beer was delicious as well.

Nice environment, nice food and nice people. We enjoyed the dinner so much, the best restaurant in Munich.

Excellent food and service! We can not say enough about how amazing all dishes were. While the room and atmosphere are nice and comfortable, but not necessarily wow, the food was just lovely. Added plus is that due to the small size of the restaurant the chefs are explaining the dishes in a warm and friendly way. Service was not fuzzy, but very good and relaxed. Overall we had a wonderful night out and definitely will be back. Deserves 5 stars wholeheartedly. Highly recommended!
