They were all perfectly cooked and were wonderfully presented. The waitress (Paula) was well informed on the menu, helpful, friendly but also professional, she was attentive but not intrusive. We had the 'classy pairing' option of alcohol with our meals and the sommelier (Herb) did an outstanding job. Like our food the pairings were perfect. For me, this was the total dining experience, the staff, the food and the ambience were first class.
