Our newly refurbished stylish, relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu.We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. Each table has an umbrella for cover, but please come prepared for inclement weather. If the weather takes a turn for the worse and you have booked an outside table we may not be able to accommodate you inside.The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub which are open all year round. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly.

Set in the impressive former 1930s Hitchin ballroom, on the first floor, Hermitage Rd restaurant & bar boasts a seasonal, award winning and sustainable premium food offer, from the awarding winning ACI team and a bar renowned for it's bespoke cocktails, quality wine and beer range. It was a lovely experience. I made a reservation for my Long Distance Boyfriend, we had a virtual date for his birthday. The staff were so kind, they sang for him. The noise level was next to zero as we could hear each other clearly. Lavish Bar and Grill is literally the best. Thank you!

We had such a lovely afternoon there for Sunday lunch! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, there were very accommodating too! Pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten free which is amazing and it all tastes amazing! the food is fantastic here
