We are big foodie people, and so excited to try this restaurant [it’s part of an inn]. OMGoodness, the food is sourced locally [they have a garden] and from appetizers to desserts: delicious and beautifully presented. Top dishes were the off the bone spare ribs [moist and tasty], the sea bass and scallops; the blue crab cake was warm and delicious, a mock lobster roll/puff with pickle - so yum. Most innovative and great for summer palate was the melon soup with lobster! The setting of the restaurant is tucked away in the woods. I can’t believe we never knew about this place! Service was exceptional and professional. Thank you Lauren! We look forward to coming back.

We had a delightful dinner at Captain Kidd! I made a reservation for outdoor seating and we were seated on the dock area. It was a lovely venue, not too noisy and the food was amazing. There were people in our group who were gluten free and they were pleased by all of the options.

We've been going to the Landfall for years. and the food has always been good. The clam chowder tastes the same as it did 30 years ago. The Bloody Mary also. I had a turkey club which came with french fries and cole slaw. I ended up taking half of it home. Reasonably priced good food.
