We make British food with a classic or modern slant. We source our ingredients from the local fields, woodlands and waters. Everything is cooked on the premises, including the sourdough bread and the icecreams.The Good Food Guide (2023) says: "A fittingly quaint old building, complete with original features, given a suave modern twist via grey panelling and contemporary furniture. The food and service was terrific. Imaginative menu, each dish was interesting and ample. Tapas style, and we over ordered with ten dishes amongst four, but it was worth it to taste all the different dishes. Best tortilla I have ever eaten. The lamb was exceptional , tender and tasty. delicious sardines. It was a rainy night but the seashore views of the fishing boats were lovely. Will definitely return for a summer evening on the balcony.
