The Kings Arms lies deep in the heart of the East Devon countryside. We’re surrounded by wonderful local farmers and growers, and we aim to make the most of this by using locally-produced ingredients whenever possible. I go to The Turf quite a lot as I can walk from home. Food is excellent and staff are great. The 4th May was a bank holiday and the weather was sunny so it was heaving with people and the food wait was longer than normal but worth waiting. We booked a table and so glad we did otherwise you wouldn’t have got a seat inside.

Friendly good humoured service and well cooked tasty food from a varied menu. Spacious pub with good selection of beers. Well worth a visit.

First time eating here and I was as really impressed with professional attitude of the staff, nothing was to difficult for them. The food menu was varied and covered all ranges. It was cooked and presented brilliantly. I definitely will eat here again.
