Set within CAST, a hidden gem in the heart of Helston, CAST Café offers delicious, seasonal food and approachable natural wines, delivered with warm and welcoming service. We overlook the quiet side of Helston, benefiting from views of its historic homes and rolling hills which can be enjoyed inside our bright and airy dining space or on our tranquil, sun trap of a terrace. Equidistant between Penzance and Falmouth, on the northern end of the Lizard, we're surrounded by incredible produce. We have the pleasure of working with a small selection of wonderful people that grow, rear and catch remarkable ingredients and our menus reflect this, changing regularly (if not daily). CAST Café is run by the duo that set up and managed Argoe (as Restaurant Manager and Head Chef for 3+ years), which received and maintained numerous accolades under their management. The couple are thrilled to now venture out on their own, continuing to offer great food and hospitality in this beautiful setting.
