Open since August 2023, Sabayon is the project of Marie-Josée Beaudoin and Patrice Demers. A 14-seat micro restaurant located in Pointe St-Charles. In the evening, from Thursday to Saturday, discover a surprise 6-course tasting menu featuring seasonal products, the vast majority of which are local. The cuisine focuses on vegetables, fish and seafood. On Friday and Saturday afternoon, a Tea time menu is offered.Reservations open up at noon the first Wednesday of the month for the following month. *We are fully booked for July and August, next reservations will be on August 6th at noon for September.

    We were served by Sarah she is a wonderful she took good care of us. The food was amazing the only little thing that slightly disappointed was the bread that usually is always right out of the oven was served cold and when we asked for hot bread because we just love it it’s so delicious our basket was replaced with 6 fresh buns but only the top 3 were hot the bottom 3 were from the cold batch and I was not going to say anything a second time. That bread is amazing when it is hot and fresh. Everything else was delicious. Thank you

    Food was phenomenal..they catered to my wife's eating restrictions, and my 11 year old son's limited food likes :) They serve you with a smile and the food is second to none, Fantastic place!

    Service was wonderful , we have been a couples of times and the friendly staff always makes the experience so much kore enjoyable. The food was wonderful . Fresh and tasty .
