Celebrating my partner’s birthday after a week of exploring Mexico, this gem delivered by far the best food we’ve had in the city. Every dish arrived as a masterpiece: the fresh, zesty wagu aguachile danced on the palate, while the slow-braised short ribs melted with deep, rich umami. The service was nothing short of stellar—attentive without ever being intrusive, our server anticipated every need with a warm smile. The ambience struck the perfect balance between sophisticated chic and relaxed warmth, underscored by a curated playlist that lent just the right energy. Cada plato fue una obra de arte: el wagu aguachile y cítrico despertaba el paladar, mientras que las costillas estofadas se deshacían con un profundo sabor umami. El servicio fue impecable—atento sin resultar invasivo, nuestro mesero anticipó cada detalle con una sonrisa cálida. Drinks were phenomenal. Absolutely loved Limon com Coco and Tuna tostadas. Bravo!

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing full of flavor and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed inattentive and slow, which took away from an otherwise great experience

Solo dining at the bar was a wonderful experience. Chefs Jorge and Joel were super friendly and attentive, and I loved watching them create all the pieces in my kaiseki dinner. And the food… when chef Jorge asked which dish was my favorite at the en of the meal, I simply couldn’t choose. The kaiseki menu rotates monthly, to take advantage of seasonal ingredients, and I definitely recommend choosing this option. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip to the city.
