From the moment we arrived at Bistecca, the experience was exceptional. Our server, Alicia, was nothing short of amazing—attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She made sure every detail of our evening was just right and created such a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere for us. And then there’s John—what can we say? He is the heart of Bistecca. Every time we visit, he makes us feel like we’re coming home, treats us like family. John always goes out of his way to greet us personally, ask how we’re doing, and share a few genuine moments of conversation. His presence sets the tone for the whole dining experience—welcoming, caring, and truly one-of-a-kind. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and warmth, and we’re so grateful for it. I have eaten at Martorano's Prime just a few times. It never disappoints. From the seafood to the steaks to the pasta...it was all amazing. I will definitely be going back.

We went to the area to ride the Incline and have dinner. The other restaurants were very expensive and the saloon seemed reasonably price. The burgers were very good, sweet potato fries were delicious and the service friendly and great.

We had such a wonderful brunch before heading off to the Pirates game! Refreshing cocktails and delicious entrees. And the service was great!

Service was great as always! Food was also great as always! Prime rib was delicious and wife loved Cajun chicken pasta! Was hoping to sit outside but of course it had to rain again! Other than that, everything else was great!!!
