Este restaurante, ganador del premio James Beard, abrió en 1979 y goza de una clientela tan diversa como San Francisco. Al entrar por Rose Alley le recibirá una animada barra de cobre de estilo parisino sin asientos. El menú del Zuni cambia a diario y ofrece platillos inspirados en recetas tradicionales italianas y francesas. Casi la totalidad de los productos, la carne y el pescado que se sirven en el Zuni se crían y se cosechan de forma sostenible. Morella celebrates the gastronomic influences that immigrants from European countries, particularly Spain and Italy, had on Argentinian cuisine in the decades following the mass migrations at the turn of the 20th century.
