Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. The results are luxurious ----- meltingly tender and juicy steaks served sizzling hot with a perfectly caramelized crust.

Taking inspiration from the term Rumba, which was introduced in Spain in the early 20th century as rumba flamenco, the restaurant’s dishes flirt, tease and sway on the palate. The flavors are inspired by countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can then expect a wide menu comprised of Spanish, Italian, Greek, and a bit of French influences.     We loved the food - an Italian-Spanish fare, with a bit of an Asian twist. Both cold and hot tapas are small (read: much smaller than in Europe), but the food is delicious. The ambience is nice and the service is impeccable. BUT: way overpriced! So. Overpriced.

    The food was amazing. The sushi was exceptional and the karage was good. The grill meats was also good the beef could’ve used more salt but the rest was exceptional

    This is my second time dining at Goryeo in Okada Manila with my partner, and this time, we came with our staff for the unlimited grill experience. Just like before, the food was amazing..flavorful meats, fresh side dishes, and a wide variety that made the whole experience satisfying for everyone. A big thank you to Ms. Mara, our table assistant, who provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. All the other staff members were also accommodating and quick to assist with any of our requests. It was a great experience for the whole team, and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

    One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to! The flavors were perfectly balanced, the quality was A++++++ (lol), and the price was justified (considering the taste and quality). Thank you for a wonderful birthday lunch experience, the greetings, and of course, the free desserts! Will be back one of these days, hopefully with the family. :D

    I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Wolfgang’s Steak for the second time, and it was yet again an outstanding experience. The food was exceptional; the steaks were perfectly cooked, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening.
