El Thali, situado en Old Brompton Road, en South Kensington, sirve platillos típicamente indios, muchos de ellos con un toque moderno de lo más atractivo. Este restaurante es muy elegante y se especializa principalmente en la gastronomía del norte de la India, aunque también sirve especialidades tandoori y con curry. Sus menús inspirados en recetas familiares transmitidas de generación en generación han sido perfeccionados por el chef Dila Ram. Nos encanta el sonido de jabalí salvaje cocinado al estilo tandoori, por ejemplo, o las hamburguesas de cangrejo de las nieves con menta, cilantro y especias. El thali ofrece una selección de platillos y un menú de degustación (ambos son una buena forma de empezar).
